Using a proprietary formula that upcycles 60% of glass waste, blio’s processes are optimised to be energy-efficient with minimal carbon emissions. In the near future, blio aims to increase our green footprint by expanding our material applications, creating larger impacts in our community.

Sort and Clean

Glass waste are cleaned and sorted by colours. Non-glass components are removed to prevent contamination.

Crush

Each bottle or jar is individually crushed through the machine's intake.

Sieve

The crushed glass cullets are then sieved into different sizes for various applications.
